About Prism:
The Prism Partnership, LLC is a unique consulting firm based in Boston with five principal partners and a dozen or more specialist subcontractors upon whom we draw as needed.

Our practice is focused on the hospitality and travel industry and we specialize in bridging the gap that so often exists between technology, operations and marketing. We customize the team around each specific engagement according to the needs of the client and the engagement. In addition to our collective consulting experience we have all held corporate positions and as such can say that we better understand the issues clients face having literally "walked in your shoes."

We pride ourselves in working in a highly collaborative manner with each client and in providing actionable deliverables, often working all the way through to executional support. Our clients have ranged from the large multinational chains to small start up firms in many parts of the travel industry on both the buy-side and the sell-side. Mark G. Haley, CHTP – Partner and co-founder, manages the firm's Technology practice with core practice areas in Distribution and CRM. He has been consulting for over eleven years. Previously Director of Property Technology at ITT Sheraton, he serves as Past President of the New England Hospitality Finance & Technology Professionals and Past Chair of the AH&LA Technology & E-Business Committee.
